Justice for Shannon Amber Wynn

SAHANNON AMBER WYNN WAS MOLESTED BY HER DAD IN 1996 and then murdered in 2013. No one seems to want to do anything I have been trying on my own please help me ,She was in her third year to become a school teacher my every day is almost pointless with out her please help me demand justice

I have daughter justice against her dad since she was 3 he would have successfully raped her had I not returned home officer Jerry dunnaways would do nothing because I would not preform sexual favors .   She was then murdered in 2013 no one wants to do as anything my daughter was a huge loss to humanity she was in her third year to be a teacher . Had the police responded as soon as I called them she would still be here also and they do not seem to be doing an investigation
