The Western Arkansas Tennis Association (WATA) has gone too far. They have been trying to turn our public tennis courts into a private club by charging us, the general public, expensive fees and kicking the public off of our hard earned tax payers courts. We the people of Fort Smith Arkansas will not stand for these kind of actions. So we plead for the public's attention before it is too late.
The leaders of WATA are restricting us, the general public, from using the public tennis courts at Creekmore by setting up a Reservation Policy with membership fees. Over the past 10 years that WATA has been in charge of the Creekmore tennis courts in Fort Smith, Arkansas, we the general public are increasingly facing unfair and disrespectful behaviors.
Concerned citizens, that have been mistreated and harassed, are now speaking out and taking action. Please do not let WATA take our rights away from us. For the sake of our future generations, please stand with us so that we may be able to bring back the Creekmore tennis courts to the public.
