! We're being lied to! HR managers are not for the people they're for the company the definition needs to be changed !

Many people are confused about what an HR Manager is for in reality it's to get Intel to control the workers and it's actually not to help the actual worker if they are to stay on the company side that's fine but there needs to be an added worker incorporations that takes the responsibility of what a real HR manager was supposed to be which is supposed to be The confidant of the worker the new "HR"Manager should not be paid by the actual company it should be paid from an outside company so that they don't work against employees. We are constantly being lied to and new workers shouldn't be misinformed and giving trust to individuals that are going to use it against them.
