Build a Home!

The Chinese government has built over 26.5 million houses for people with low wages; however, there are still 63 million homeless people in China, according to Zhang Xueqin at the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. 

I am urging China's Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to build more free or cheap houses, building a warm home for the homeless.
