Protect our children from DCF (Department of Children and Family) over power

For a number of years now our DCF agencies have been granted too much power to do as they please (violating our Constitutional Rights), such as breaking and entering into homes without warrants or probable cause, and being protected by our court systems. There have been multiple cases of 51As being filed under false accusations, followed by social workers responding without investigating the actual cause of the report. Instead, the social workers respond by going to the homes, entering the property without any residents in the property opening or allowing them in ( if the door is unlocked the social worker just walks in). After which they will take any children in the property, no questions asked. As it stands the law states that there must be a 72 hour hearing, which in most cases goes beyond that time, DCF social workers and their lawyers will then attempt to falsify evidence in an attempt to win their case and earn reputation, and promotion within their work field. THIS MUST BE STOPED!!! As a solution DCF should be closely watched by the States, or disbanded and create an agency more established in educating families or helping them with available resources, and not the power to disrupt family life.
