I am sickend by anyone who abuses animals and to tell you the truth, I am very fed up with it. Animal Cruelty is on the rise in New York State and it seems the offenders only get a slap on the rist. Please sign this petition to help make the offenses a felony!!!

HELP ENFORCE ANIMAL CRUELTY LAWS. ANIMALS CANNOT DEFEND THEMSELVES MUCH FROM OUR ACTIONS. WE HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE. ANIMALS HAVE FEELINGS TO AND SHOULD NOT SUFFER FROM THESE CRUELTY ACTS SO PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION!!!!!!
