Compel and/or Order Executive Branch and its Cabinet and Members To Disentangle Political Disaccord with a Somatic Exchange in order to Alleviate Conventional Hostilities

This proposal is written in good faith and with the grave concern of the recent events taking place in the middle east and the Persian Gulf. And also Hostilities and conflicts around the world. We have been in a perpetual state of war since the conception of the United States of America. There has been approximately 222 years of wars/armed conflicts in 239 years. Thats 17 years of sporadic (at best) peace. This MUST come to an end TODAY! This petition mandates that leaders on both sides of a dispute must resolve the dispute by engaging in Fisticuffs. This can be easily achieved even if the "Leader" of the U.S. or the "Opposition" cannot participate for Age, Physical Ability or "HEART" problems. Then either the "Leader" next in line can participate or their closest "MALE" relative will suffice. NO FEMALE COMBATANTS FROM ALABAMA, GEORGIA, ARKANSAS, MISSISSIPPI, KENTUCKY, INDIANA, OHIO, SOUTH DAKOTA, NORTH DAKOTA, OR UTAH WIL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE ENCEINTE. Wars have "HISTORICALLY" only served in countless deaths and dismemberments and untold property damage and has enriched those who advocate for said wars. Dying over a dispute that can be solved by 2 brave men standing in the ring of honor representing their country, with minimal bloodshed and no deaths!
