The residents must have the option of installing window air conditioners given the failure of the "ventilation" system

There are a huge percentage of the residents that complain about the oppressive heat, humidity and overall comfort of their rooms and have reported that the new air system does NOT cool down the rooms to a level that is healthy for its residents. There are several tenants that have introduced their concerns to their doctors and were provided with a doctor-authored memo that medically shows the need for a comfortable and cool environment.
