I gave a cash deposit for a unit that I was promised would be ready in a few days. A week later the unit was not ready. So I asked for my deposit back, I was given a procedure from that entailed.
requesting by certified mail and it could taking up to 30 days for a refund. The problem is I never received a unit number nor signed a lease. So why are they making me wait so long for a refund. And because of more than one delay I'm now facing eviction and possibly homelessness.
