Imagine you are walking up to your front door. From far away you see something dangling from the door handle but you can't quite recognize what it is.
Then as you get close enough to make it out, you stop in your tracks in horror when you realize
it's a decapitated dog's head. Earlier this month, a resident of Chorley, Lancashire called the police in utter shock when they realized what was dangling from their door. But besides the ominous
"God Father-like" message, what is also worrying is the fact that some sick person would cut off a dog's head in the first place. This depraved person must be caught before he or she does something even worse.
Over the past several years
the UK has been haunted by a heartless "cat killer" who has killed more than 400 small animals including cats, foxes, rabbits. They are on the lookout for this killer because they know that sooner or later he could turn his attention away from animals and towards people.
As far as anyone knows, the person who decapitated this dog hasn't taken as many victims,
but they are surely just as dangerous and they must be found. Sign the petition and tell Chorley Police to keep up the search for this dog killer. Tell them to find them and try them to the fullest extent of the law.
