Stop blocking porn sites for people 18 and over!

I am 55 years old and do not think it is fair for porn sites to be blocked because a state passed a law saying we are not allowed to watch porn what ever happened to free speech?

While No states have an outright ban on adult content, but many have enacted laws that require age verification on websites. As of late 2025, approximately 25 states have passed these laws, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming. Websites that fall under these laws must verify a user's age, and many platforms have blocked access to users in these states rather than comply with the requirements.
Alabama: Passed age verification legislation requiring users to prove they are over 18.
Alaska: Has not introduced a bill.
Arizona: Passed HB 2112, which requires adult websites to verify user age.
Arkansas: Passed SB 66, effective July 31, 2023.
California: Has not introduced a bill.
Connecticut: Has not introduced a bill.
Delaware: Has not introduced a bill.
Florida: Passed HB 3, effective January 1, 2025.
Georgia: Passed SB 351, effective July 1, 2025.
Idaho: Passed HB 498, effective July 1, 2024.

Indiana: Passed SB 17, effective August 16, 2024. However, the law was blocked by a federal judge.

Kentucky: Passed HB 278, effective July 15, 2024.
Louisiana: Was the first state to pass a law requiring age verification, with legislation taking effect in January 2023.
