Remove the Bridge master from his position at the Humber bridge for purposely causing delays at rush hour to force people to buy a tag

To stop the bridge being an inconvenience to commuters, the bridge master is purposely causing the traffic to force people to buy the tag, toll paying customers pay more to cross and should be able to pass through like before the tag was in place, staff hours have been cut affecting them and just so the bridge master can say it has been successful, the system doesn't work correctly and the paying customers are frustrated, these are pressure tactics and extremely unfair to the paying customer.
