Police refuse to return stolen service dog to elderly disabled woman, continuous victim of criminal activities, abuse, police turn a blind eye, accuse woman woman of lying.

All my money stolen, accounts/cards closed, house destroyed, everything stolen, beaten/injured, incarcerated, accused of crimes, abused, stole other's personal items stored on property, stole my service dog, this is not the first but the 2nd time these same criminals have done this to me, police refuse to help, call me a liar and states it is all civil matter. Train police in the diversities of public disability spectrum. Increase public awareness of how to obtain help when they themselves are disabled.
