Tell Congress to Keep Protecting CHIP

The Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) fills the gaps in health care coverage for millions of children. In Missouri alone, 88,000 children depend on CHIP. CHIP is not a bargaining tool for political games - it's a program thousands of Missouri families depend on to keep their kids healthy.

The deadline to renew CHIP was missed last year. This lifesaving program was on the chopping block, and the future of the program hung in the balance for months. We're thankful that the recently passed spending bill authorized funding for CHIP for the next six years, but we came far too close to losing health care for low-income families and children.

Thank Congress for protecting CHIP, and tell them to make sure CHIP never falls between the cracks again!
