drug addiction putting in people in jail for it and over crowding the system with no help for drug addiction

my cause is for the adiction of drugs putting the nonviolent people that has a problem with drugs in jail they set in jail waiting on a drug treatment program for months and months with no help in sight how is this helping and over crowding our jails for the most violent people out there why they get off free to do what they want this is a disease and needs the attention to help them the system never gets in no hurry about helping these people then its complained that jails are over crowed is our system. so involved in to just locking people up just to get a salary from it until they just dontcare to help people who really needs it and this is why people think the only way out is suside there hads got to be change for those whom has this awful disease
