We, the undersigned hereby respectfully request the Palestine City Council: Repair and construct the Sidewalks in the community. As our community is changing there is an increase in the population of children in the city of Palestine. However there is no sidewalk access to the community park. This is a safety issue leaving children, Parents, And community members to walk on a state highway to access our community’s park. It is also near impossible to push a stroller, wheelchair, or use a walker as a form of mobile transportation throughout our community. As the community we would like the right to maneuver around our community.
