STOP AUTHORITYES ADOPT INHUMANE LEGISLATION!
The Romanian Sanitary Authority has set up a project of an Emergency Ordinance regarding the approval of the program of managing the stray dogs - an inhumane program, a cruel and barbarious way of killing under law!!!
The Romanian authorities responsable with food and animal safety have set up a project of an Emergency Ordinance regarding the approval of the program of managing the stray dogs which is totally outrageous!
The EO provisions, among other things, that the stray dogs should be caught from the streets and taken to special shelters where they are to be kept just for 3 (three) days and afer this period, if they are not adopted or revendicated by anyone they will be "euthanised"...the dogs that are aggresive or have chronic diseases will be killed immediately as they are caught!!!
The ordinance is CRUEL AND INHUMANE!!!
Please stop this project become LAW!!! If this happens...Romania will have a BLOOD MARK on its conscience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
