Alleged climate change

Whereas, in spite of the news media hype and headlines, and,
Whereas, in spite of politicians' prancing and posturing,

   The Earth has in fact been cooling for the last several years, 
   Any climate change is cosmic and cyclical, and quite independent of human activity, and
   The polar bear population has been increasing,

Therefore, be it resolved that government immediately cease promulgating  rules and regulations based on the misconception of anthropormorphic climate influence.
