Ban and make hate groups illegal in America!

This is a petition to end hate groups like the KKK from this country. Signing this petition you agreee with me that we make an amendment to the Constitution that states "Freedom of Speech" does not pertain in cases that promote violence and racism. These are two of the top fundamental issues we must bring together if we are ever going to have any harmony in this country or the world.
We know from documentation these groups are nothing but a virus to infect our children and perpetuate the hate. How can we expect to develope as a nation if we protect and harbor these cancers?
Did I mention the mixed messages that will be sent to our children? The Supreme Court recently banned Confederate flags and Swashtika's from schools. If we allow adults to engage in or assembly with individuals as these the students' will learn "Do as I say, not as I do". Its time adults stepped up to the plate and took responsibility for allowing this kind of behavior and attitudes to persist.
We have legal precedence...lets jump on the wagon now while the momentum has shifted.
