We have to stop this from happening, My daughter was molested by one. She was 10 and he was my husband and her stepfather. He got off with  Course Of Sexual Conduct Against A Child- 2nd Degree. I think the laws should be made harsher even for non-violent sex offenders BEFORE they become violent sex offenders. This is a GROWING epidemic! A day does not go by that I do not hear about a child abused sexually, kidnapped, or worse yet killed. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE PUNISHED HARSHLY! Also they shouldn't be allowed to even see kids that are biologically there's without theraputic visits. These kid, are FOREVER affected and so are their families. Right now me and my daughter feels victimized twice because the system doesnt even care if he is a murder he is still entiled to see he's kids even if he wants to see them unsupervised. Dont you think the system sucks for its victims of these harsh crimes agaist children and thier families. Today that law is in danger of being overturned. Speak Out and say that the right to keep our children safe is of the most importance and to renew the law. I feel that a victim of the crime should get a lifetime order of protection against the phedofile that committed the act.
His rights of seeing his own children should be stripped away, to prevennt firther victimization against any other family member be taken away.

Let's Send Our Government a Message that no Registered Sex Offender will Contaminate any more People! If they felt that they did nothing wrong to deserve this treatment and feel as thier civil rights are being violated then why did they accept the plea bargin or deal that they were dealt with or acceppt the time they got for the crime, To me a person that is not guilty will, fight to the death tying to prove that thy are innocent no matter what they are told.
