Chicago: Stop the Bullhooks!

I created this petition to help and stop the abuse of circuses animals, ( mainly elephants ). These animals are chained down, and are bineg treated with poor living conditions. They zap, or throw a bullhook at the elephants to make them entertain. Elephants are gentle creatures, and they do not fight or defend themselves. So I will.
