were trying to get the public help on the community emergency responce team allowed to use sirens light bars and are able to assist in all emergencys car wrecks fires floods tonadoes and should be allowed to be respected by all deparments in goverment and be trained in fire and distasters and be allowed to be allowed to ware uniforms and all types of safty gears and be better trained in all medical just like paramedics and fire fighters and be able to help no matter what county state or city and allowed to operate food pantrys clothes drives and there they can start there owne teams and except donations off the public for there teams and use it to buy medical supplys and help there community out and no have no worrie about being herassed by law emforcement or code emforcement also all cert teams be cpr aed certfiied emt certfied fire fighter certified and be able to help on rescues or emergencys or disasters and allowed to directed traffic if needed and allowed to should be marked as emergency personal and have to carry a federal id card with there picture on it and carrie all medical supplys and fire fighter gear and equipment at all times and public donations to the teams should be allowed
