Consumers basic human right to maintain healthy lives and lifestyles supercedes all business and industry self regulations, which allow for trade secrets that impact consumers' health due to lack of consumers' informed consent. Consumers have the right to compensatory damages. All products and services must inform consumers of the risks involved.
