Demand Obama Change System

The %u201CDaily Show%u2019s Jon Stewart%u201D interviewed CNBC's stock market guru, %u2018Mad Money%u2019 host, Jim Cramer, on Thursday March 12, 2009. The half-hour show turned into serious, heartfelt anger by Stewart and revealed a startling reality to american viewers %u2013 that not only corporate executives are guilty of the huge stock market, 401k  rip-off that left the country reeling.

Stewart began hammering Cramer on his financial %u2018advice%u2019 and Cramer began to look like a deer in headlights. Stewart started by having Cramer answer pointed questions, then showing clips of a %u2018Mad Money%u2019 2006 interview to catch Cramer in blatant lies right in front of the Daily Show crowd.

In the evidentiary video clip, the CNBC host spoke about manipulating futures trades as a hedge fund manager. Stewart very seriously and sincerely told Cramer that the video made him very angry %u2013 to applause from the audience.

It felt to many viewers that the injustice and bank and stock market rip-off - that continues unchecked even today - was finally exposed and can now be dealt with. It is unclear what, at this time, the Obama administration will now do that such evidence and information can now be placed under a public microscope.

Stewart also blamed CNBC in the conspiracy with Cramer and the market, and actually left the audience with a sense of responsibility to follow through with a clean-up of the market, corporations, CNBC, the government and its %u2018regulators%u2019.

After Stewart took Cramer to task, and just before the program ended, Cramer was heard to say he will change and the two shook hands in agreement. Yet it is that CNBC and Cramer may try to continue to cover-over the tragedy they committed against the tens of millions of individuals who trusted them and the %u2018system%u2019 with their life savings.

We demand the Obama administration immediately stop the market rip-off of america.
