Demand paternity test before any child support is granted

too many men are forced to pay child support for a child that might not even be theirs because the mother refuses to submit to a paternity test, or a state refuses to enforce the law, or the man signs a paper saying he will take care of the child. This should be against the law! It's not helping anyone! the mother needs to be held accountable and this law needs to be changed! just because a man says he will take care of a child does not make that child is his! DNA does! If a man says he will take care of a child by all means let him but by no means obligate him unless solid DNA says it's his child!
