Street dogs!!

The streets are full of abandoned animals. It is a sad reality of the world we live. The main reason is not as indifference, as might believe, but simply ignorance. People do not know what to do to help an abandoned animal. Specifically: If a dog near the block, residents have to castrate him immediately (before they multiply) and I find master without recourse to animal protection or flayer
