1. We patio home members are asking the board to instruct Community Development to remove Tosh as our manager and that he never returns to the patio homes association in the future.
2. We patio home members are requesting that the board forward the individual American Family Adjuster Settlement Reports outlining approved reimbursements from the tornado damage to each and every patio homeowner immediately. Owners have a right to know which repairs were paid for by American Family.
3. We the patio home members want to investigate and open discussion about replacing Community Management as our association management company. We want the board to seek out bids form competitors including Cities Management in order to gain truth and transparancy in our association adn to save money in the future.
