The Inconvenient Fiction

In the ongoing scandals of recent weeks, more than adequate evidence now exists that environmental activists have intentionally misled the public about global warming/climate change.  From the %u201CClimategate%u201D emails of the University of East Anglia Climate Research Unit, to the revelations that NASA%u2019s temperature measuring equipment is faulty, to the confession by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Chairman that the claims of Himalayan glaciers melting were bogus, it is now clear that humans are having negligible effects on the earth%u2019s temperature and climate.

Despite the truth being revealed, environmental activists and progressive politicians continue to move forward with plans to infringe on your individual liberties through oppressive taxes and regulations.  This all based on incorrect data and the flawed %u201Cscience%u201D of government-funded special interests.  Al Gore has made millions of dollars peddling this farce between the sales of his book and his accompanying %u201Cdocumentary%u201D entitled %u201CInconvenient Truth%u201D.  It is time that we demand this book be labeled for what it is:  complete fiction. 

Rodale Books, publisher of %u201CInconvenient Truth%u201D controls how its books are categorized.  By signing this petition, your voice will be heard in a demand that Rodale change the designation of %u201CInconvenient Truth%u201D to Fiction.  Additionally, Rodale Books and Al Gore will be expected to retract and apologize for the complete distortions in this book.  It is time to shed the light of truth on the dark corner of man-made global warming and climate change.  Every signature counts.
