Light For Safety!

John Hardie is visually impaired and unfortunately has to make the trip home with his guide dog in the dark because the Council has not installed a street light.

You may have seen this story on Today Tonight on the 17th of June and the intersection in question: Walker and Mason Streets, Dandenong. If you are concerned for not only John and his guide dog but the safety of ALL members of his local community, please sign this petition (and please pass it on if you can to others).

The safety of people should be of a top priority. The installtion of temporary lighting (only under the pressure of the staff of Today Today) is not the answer. Please do not leave them in the shadows.
