Stop hitting your dogs!

I am hoping this petition will send a clear message to "Phil" the dog walker who frequents Diamond Heights dog park in San Francisco.  Phil has become well known for his anger towards his animals. He regularly swears at the dogs and hits them hard on their butts making them wimper. Every single time I have seen him come, and mind you these are not his dogs - they are his clients dogs, he is screaming at them calling them "fuc*ers" and "bas*tards" and hitting them hard on their butts and whipping them with their leashes. He seems to get especially agitated when they go to the bathroom. All of the other dog walkers hate him and don't talk to him.  Their owners have no idea how mean he is to these animals. 
It's time for Phil to find a new profession! You can't be a dog walker if you hate dogs. I urge you to sign this in the hopes that he will see that the community is watching him.
