Van Dyne Rd [ Hwy 175 Currently RP ]Water problem

Too correct the water  problem  when we have flooding , we  need to have our ditches dug alittle deeper and we also need bigger culverts in some areas where there are small culverts right now.
   When we have flooding the culverts in some areas are to small and the  water looks like it's just swirling  and it can't go through the culverts fast enough because they are to small, therefore the water backs up on our lawns and  we even had a neighbor that had his driveway washed away  because of this.
   When we have this excess amounts of water, we have no lawns to speak of until the water goes down.
