Proclamation to Eradicate Violence Against Women and Girls

I hereby declare that I shall not allow, support or create the enslavement, mutilation, disgrace, abuse, or any other form of violence or dishonor toward any woman or girl in my presence, care or knowledge.

Let it be known as we move forward, this shall be the minimum standard for all people everywhere.  So be it.
