DECRIMINALIZE MARIJUANA Support SB 476AN ACT CONCERNING NONVIOLENT DRUG POSSESSION OFFENSES

Supporting sb476 will save the tax payers millions in wasted prison costs. The bill would make 1oz or less of marijuana an infraction punishable by a maximum fine of 100$. The current maximum penalty for such an infraction is a 1000$ fine and 1 year in jail. Lets all help keep tax paying citizens out of prison and help save some money for the state at the same time!
