Save the otters in Pennsylvania

I think people should sign this petition because just a few years ago the otters were considered endangered. Now all of a sudden, there are an abundance of them. They did this to bobcats decades ago says a Newswatch 16 article on the otters. I do not think that this is right. What are these hunters even going to do with them? They can't eat them, and that's all hunting should be for. Eating. Otters should not be hunted for game or hunted period.
