Keep this High-Risk Offender Out of Our City: Protect Our Youth

To whom it may concern, I am the sister of Amanda Raymond, who was a victim of Christopher Watts. I am creating this petition in order to hopefully keep this high-risk offender out of our city of Kitchener, and possibly Ontario in general. My sister, my family, and myself deserve justice. Watts shouldn't even be released, so this is the least we could do in order to protect our city and prevent him from hurting anyone else in our community.
