FIXING who looses money during a government shutdown

With the 2018 shutdown just happen many people are outraged that the military is not being paid. They should be these men and women risk their lives every day to keep everyone safe. It isn't right that they are the one that suffer when The House of Representatives, Senate, Congress, and the President can not agree on something. There comes a time that we the people of the United States has to say NO this is not okay. We say here and now that if a shut down is going to happen and someone is going to be out money it should be all of you. Until all of you can come to a agreement that money that wouldn't be going to all of you. Should go to the Military, Social Security, and Veterans.
