We THE People of Louisiana have for so long allowed irrational hatred to exist, we had said "freedom of speech" and look where freedom of speech brought us. Our solution to irrational hatred is to ban racism sexism and homophobia which shall be defined as hating based on color of skin, gender or sexual orientation, punishment for which shall be 8 Months in Jail first offence, second offence 28 Months in Jail. Third offence death penalty.
