Demand the Veteran's Home in Milford get funding to staff the unused beds for our Veterans!

While trying to help a veteran get into the nursing home, we discovered that the Veterans home has 70 beds they can't use because they don't have the staff. The reason they don't have the staff is because they don't have funding to be able to do that. The wait list to get in is 115 people long, and the workers don't know if that is a true count or not because they don't have the time or staff to be able to make phone calls to find out if those people are deceased, placed somewhere else or still interested in being admitted into the home.
