Sex Offender

Dear Parole Board Members:
          On Novemeber 10, 1977, Willis Reitz pled guilty to Assault of a Female & Breaking and Entering in the state of North Carolina. The original charge had been Assault with Intent to Commit Rape & Burglary. Mr. Reitz recieved a two (2) year sentence which was suspended & he was placed on probation. In 1987, he was sentenced in the state of Mississippi to fifteen years on a Rape charge. He spent seven years of that sentence & was released to come back to Trumbull County where after only two weeks, he sexually assaulted a young female relative that he had previously molested at age five. Conviction number three brought fifteen years to life. This man should never see the light of day except in a prison yard!
