Protect your mail carriers

Mail carriers are expected to deliver mail through rain sleet and snow but not frigid dangerous temperatures I'm the negatives. They will suffer hyperthermia, cold stress, and dehydration. The solution to this would be to keep them indoors until the temperature is safe to go out.
