STOP THE CHILD ABUSE! End FASD!

Babies are born everyday with a 100 percent preventable disorder , FASD. These poor children are left with low IQ , developmental disability , poor judgement and generally end up in foster care and lead their adult lives in poverty. Pregnent woman caught drinking alcohol should be charged , and sentenced to live in treatment , with urine screenings. Not following through with these conditions should lead to jail time.
