This petition is to address the fact that the Board Members hired a Management Company
to run Esplanade Gardens Inc. without notifying the Shareholders. We as shareholders have the right to know when changes are being made. Therefore We the Shareholders of Esplanade Gardens Inc are calling for the Resignation For All Members of the Board.
