Kill shelters, euthanize animals because of silly reasons: - Not enough space in the shelter, - Not enough money for food or to keep the animal, - The animal is old and not likely to be adopted, - It’s a Pit Bull -etc.
We, as humans, would never even think about treating other people the way we treat animals. An animal’s life is just as valued as a human’s life. Animals are treated unfairly because they do not have a voice for themselves. So we need to be their voice – the voice of hope and reason. Think about these reasons, do you think it’s fair for poor animals to just get killed? Of course I don’t want the world to over populate with animals too much. I believe when an animal is very sick and you cannot do anything about it, yes, it will be better to end it’s life peacefully before it begins to really suffer. I think we should stop euthanizing animals, and I wish with all my heart to stop this!
