Demand that All Presidential Cabinet Members Be Qualified

All presidential cabinet members should be overly qualified for the position by education in degrees for the position they are going to be in. Years of service in the field for the position. No member applying for the position cannot have never served or been educated in the field will be disqualified from serving in the cabinet or anywhere in the department without previous education or service in that department prior to being named by the President whether that be a Cabinet Secretary who is a formal appointment by the committee of Congress or serves under the department secretary under any circumstances for that department of the government
