End the Colonial Summer Holidays for all Courts in India and the slave mindset.

Summer Holidays for Courts/Judges were followed by Britishers in Pre Independent India to suit the requirement of then British Citizens who were serving as Judges etc. in different parts of India to visit Britain in order to escape the soaring temperature in most parts of India. Now in Independent India the judges are native people of India and thus accustomed to the country's climatic conditions should throw away the practice.
When 4 Crores plus cases are pending in different courts of India and out of which roughly 2 crores are more than a year old (some for decades) this practice of summer vacation for the entire month of June is like when Rome was burning King Nero playing and watching it go down in flames.
No other profession has such huge holidays except the Parliament of India and the State Legislatures. Supreme Court of India works for 168 to 170 days a year when other organs work for 293 to 365 days a year.
Courts/Judges holidays should be same as that of a government servant says 12 days CL, 30 days Earned Leave and 15 days Medical/Sick Leave. No holidays other than the 16 declared holidays as applicable to State/Central Government.
The working hours of court/judges to be similar to others i.e.min 8 hours working to be ensured should be extended to 10 hours atleast.
Courts /Legal Profession should be brought under essential services Act like banking and other services.
Adjournments should not be granted for more than once.
