Deny "Special Exception Use or a Variance" for property 233 Warburton Avenue

Their are approxiametly (5) Chinese Restaurants in the vacanity which the variance is being requested.  Another Chinse takeout restaurant does nothing to enhance the quality of life or bring needed services to the residents of Warburton Avenue as well as the resident of the adjacent cross streets of Warburton Avenue.

The properties on the side inwhich the variance is being requested (233 Warburton) are all residential, why would the resident want to change the makeup of the street.

Pending issue to be concerned: Environment (smell and disposal),  garbage, rodiants, maintaince of property, fire hazzard, safety, and hours of operation.
