Family court systems are killing good parents!!
The family court system (especially here in NJ) was clearly established with the mindset that all non-residential parents (NRP) are deadbeat losers. Hard-working, loving parents are suffering every day because of the nonsensical laws and judgements put in place by clueless politicians and biased judges. This needs to stop!!
Lives are being destroyed every day. Laws are created without proper research. People who are legitimately out of work are being thrown in jail, having their drivers licenses suspended and even bank accounts levied!! The system is a flawed, archaic nightmare which supports anything the residential parent desires, without regard for vengeful and malicious intent.
Residential parents abuse the control they have and prevent visitation at will... Regardless of what the court says. They know that nobody polices the court rulings or PSAs, and use this to their advantage. They also disparage the non-residential parents and use the children as weapons for their own spiteful agendas. NRP live this nightmare day in and day out. It's pathetic and wrong.
We have a new governor in NJ. It's time to bring this horror to light and make change happen!!!
