Establish an internet Bill of Rights that reflects the American Bll of Rights

An insurance to keep our Country American should be established online. Social internet corporations should not be free to stray very far from the Rights and Amendments of the People of it's own country. In a country where "Freedom of Speech is the 1st Amendment" that right should be established throughout our own Social corporations.
