Give Ireland a buff in TFB

Ireland is a powerful nation but due to the British oppression an some "unexplained" phenomenon, millions died due to a potato famine. These have been carried over to the game HoI4 also, where mod developers have to nerf Ireland to stop their indescribable glorious raw power shining through. So I plead current and future developers to remove these chains and like the Irish Potato Spirit roar.
