Demand better animal protection laws in Kentucky

For over a decade, Kentucky has been ranked dead last in animal protection laws. It seems that nobody here cares about animals. But that is not true! Humane lobby day is coming up on February 20th at the state capitol. Animal lovers from all over the state will gather to demand better animal protection laws.
